Meeting
sponsors are advertised in all documentation released announcing the chapter
meeting.
This includes any announcements on-line and registration reminders sent via e-mail.
As a meeting sponsor, your organization will be invited to speak
briefly prior to the main presentation.
Sponsors are invited to welcome the attendees and to introduce the
main speaker.
Space will also be made available, upon request, for an information
booth to distribute promotional literature.
