Effectively Implementing &
Managing Data Disposal and Destruction
Failure to identify and control data
destruction events can be disastrous to records management efforts. The
amended Federal Rules of Civil Procedure are clear that ad hoc data
destruction events will be severely penalized whether the destruction
occurred during or prior to litigation.

on Ediscovery. This last fourth part of the series will cover a mock hearing
that will illustrate electronic discovery issues. The hearing will include a
