December 14, 2006  'Electronic Communications Retention/Retrieval under Sarbanes-Oxley'

Overview:

An increasing number of companies are analyzing and/or acquiring electronic communication archives to satisfy their compliance obligations under the Sarbanes-Oxley Act.  Too few of these companies are armed with the necessary knowledge to examine the various technologies in this field to determine which solution best meets their needs.  In this discussion we examine the myriad issues that revolve around electronic communications retention and retrieval with respect to business records compliance.
