This presentation examines the recently
implemented changes to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, which govern
civil cases in federal court, relating to “electronically stored
information”. Practical concerns raised by these changes concerning the way
records are stored, managed, and produced will be discussed from a records
management perspective.
