Stephen O'Leary
EMC Corporation
Mr. O'Leary is an eDiscovery and Compliance Consultant for EMC's Global Compliance Practice. Steve is responsible for assisting EMC customers with architecting and implementing compliance solutions to enable organizations to manage their information infrastructure and address regulatory compliance, legal discovery and corporate governance challenges. Prior to joining EMC, Steve was a principal of a compliance consulting company. Steve has over 20 years experience, 17 years in corporate finance including 3 years as of Chief Financial Officer of a venture fund and 5 years as a compliance consultant. Mr. O'Leary is a frequent speaker on the topic of applying information lifecycle management to eDiscovery and compliance, and sharing best practices.

Joel Wuesthoff
LECG
Joel Wuesthoff, a principal in LECG's New York office, is a former practicing attorney and a certified information systems security professional (CISSP). He has participated in FRCP 26(f) meet and confer strategies, advised on early strategies for collection and review of electronically stored information, and trained more than 3000 attorneys, paralegals, and litigation support professionals from the Am Law 100 and Fortune 500. In addition to being a member of the search and retrieval sciences special project team of the Sedona Conference (WG1), Mr. Wuesthoff has served as a visiting lecturer at the College of William and Mary School of Law and as adjunct professor of electronic discovery law at the University of Maine School of Law. He has twice appeared before the New York Supreme Court advising on best practices for the management of electronic discovery issues, and has participated in similar trainings for the Massachusetts Supreme Court.

Sean Regan
Symantec Corporation
Sean is Symantec's E-Discovery Product Marketing Manager. Symantec is a Fortune 500 information management and security company. His focus is on content archiving as part of the E-discovery and compliance process. Before joining Symantec, Regan held business development and sales positions at IMlogic, an instant messaging compliance archiving and security start-up acquired by Symantec. Prior to that he served as an IT Administrator, where he worked to balance technical and legal considerations related to the early use of Instant Messaging and P2P in the enterprise. Regan is a member of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model working group on Collection and Preservation as well as the Code of Conduct Working Group. He also participates in The Sedona ConferenceŽ Working Group on Electronic Document Retention and Production (WG1) and the Working Group on International Electronic Information Management, Discovery and Disclosure (WG6).

Charles Young
Tufts University
Charles is Director of Information Security and Security Officer within UIT, the central IT organization for the University. He is responsible for coordinating distributed information security efforts across three campuses in the Boston area. He serves as a liaison and primary point of contact between the various IT, legal and University Archives groups as part of Tufts' ongoing e-discovery efforts. Prior to assuming his current position, he has worked as a managed security analyst and consultant for an international ISP, an information security manager for a research laboratory, and security consultant for several organizations. Charles is a member of key information security and higher education organizations including ISSA, ISC2, ISACA, Infragard and EDUCAUSE.
