XIV - AMENDMENTS
Sec.
1. These bylaws may be altered, amended, or repealed at any
regular or special meeting of the Chapter with the approval of
two-thirds of the regular members present, provided written
notice of the meeting and of the proposed changes shall have
been mailed to each regular member of the Chapter at least ten
(10) days prior to the date of said meeting. A quorum to conduct
business will consist of at least ten (10) percent of the
regular members of the Chapter as stated in Article V, Section
4.
Sec.
2. Any revisions and/or amendments to Chapter Bylaws shall be
reviewed by the Region Vice President and ARMA International
Executive Director to insure that the revisions do not conflict
with ARMA International policy.
Sec.
3 The Bylaws are to be reviewed at least every three years; or
whenever the Association issues a change to its bylaws; or when
Chapter circumstances warrant, whichever comes first.
