Robert's
Rules of Order, Newly Revised, shall govern the proceedings of
the Boston Chapter of the Association of Records Managers and
Administrators, Inc. in all cases not provided for in these
Bylaws, Constitution, Articles of Incorporation, and ARMA
International Administrative Letters.
