XII - DONATIONS
Donations
to the Association
A.
The Board of Directors by majority approval may decide if a
donation to the Association will be made from a Chapter fund
account.
B. The Board of Directors by majority approval may authorize
donations up to $1,000 to the Association during one (1) fiscal
year.
C. Any donation exceeding $1,000 in a fiscal year will require:
1. The proposal by any regular member, either in writing or from
the floor, at any regular or special meeting of the Chapter.
2. An affirmative vote of the majority of the regular members
present at any regular or special meeting of the Chapter,
provided that written notice of the meeting and an outline of
the proposal will have been mailed to each regular member of the
Chapter at least ten (10) days previous to the date of said
meeting.
