XI - CORPORATE RECORDS
The
original, or attested copies, of the Articles of Organization,
Bylaws, records of all meetings of members and of the Board of
Directors, financial records, membership lists, and annual
reports of officers and committees will be kept in Massachusetts
at the office of an officer of the Chapter, or at a place
designated by the Board of Directors. Copies and records need
not all be kept in the same office. They shall be available at
all reasonable times for inspection of any regular member,
relative to the affairs of the Chapter.
