OF THE ASSOCIATION OF RECORDS MANAGERS AND ADMINISTRATORS,
BOSTON CHAPTER, INCORPORATED
ARTICLE
V - MEETINGS OF THE MEMBERS
Sec.
1. Regular Meetings
Regular
meetings of the members of the Chapter will be held on the third
Thursday in September, October, November, December, January,
February, March, April, and May, or on such other day as shall
be fixed by the Board of Directors; provided, however, that
written notice of the change from the regular meeting day is
mailed to each member at least ten (10) days before the
regularly scheduled meeting day.
Sec.
2. Special Meetings
Special
meetings of the members of the Chapter may be called by the
President, a majority of the Board of Directors, or ten (10)
regular members.
Sec.
3. Notice of Meetings
A
written notice of each meeting shall be mailed at least ten (10)
days prior to the meeting. The notice will contain the purpose(s)
for the meeting.
Sec.
4. Quorum
A
quorum for the conduct of business at regular and special
meetings of the members of the Chapter will consist of at least
ten (10) percent of the regular members of the Chapter.
Sec.
5. Annual Meeting
The
regular May meeting shall be the annual meeting of the members.
