Donda is a Senior Compliance Manager for the Privacy & Information Management team at Unum, a fortune 500 disability insurance company. She has 16 years of practitioner experience in records and information management. Her areas of expertise include retention schedule research and development, policy and procedure development and RIM system implementation. She enjoys educating business and IT professionals on RIM best practices. She is an influential voice and partner in the structured data archiving strategy for Unum. She is a Certified Information Professional and recently elected secretary for ARMA Boston.
