Biography:

Jerry Hughes has over 20 years of experience helping companies become compliant with internal, industry and government regulations, such as Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX), HIPAA, GLBA and Guidance from the FFIEC and related agencies. We have done work in the all section of SOX, with a focus on Sections 404, and 802 (Records Retention).  Mr. Hughes, a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), has extensive IT audit experience—especially within financial industry—and has participated in customer, corporate, federal and state audits. Mr. Hughes heads up Lighthouse's IT Compliance practice, and has also project-managed many successful data center projects including DR planning, annual testing, and data center relocations.
