"Compliant Records Management"
Luncheon Presentation at Anthony's Pier 4

Presented by: Jonathan Gray, "Iron Mountain"

Sponsored by: Infocurrent

Overview:  This presentation focuses on how your company can develop and maintain a Compliant Records Management Program; a program that will stand up to the scrutiny that is a result of some of the rules and regulations that impact recordkeeping practices in today’s organizations.  The speaker will discuss some current regulations in detail and then introduce a 6-stage process that a company can follow to help ensure they can meet their compliance needs.  The 6 stages, which include Organize, Assess, Develop, Implement, Manage and Audit, are designed to build and maintain a Records Management Program that is media-neutral and enterprise-wide.
