Overview:

Bob Duncan will provide an overview of how technology can help you improve your Records Management System.  He is the voice of experience and this talk will focus on operational concerns:  what to plan for, how to plan for implementations, RIM considerations, how to get it done and what pitfalls to avoid. 

Biography:

Bob began his career with Tab in 1978 and has held various positions within the organization.  Bob rejoined Tab in July 2004 after a four-year hiatus working the digital imaging market and the enterprise content management industries.  Bob is uniquely qualified given his experience in all areas of Records Management Technology.  As Vice President of Business Development for Tab Products, Bob’s current responsibilities include Imaging Service Solutions, work flow solutions maximizing technology and Tab’s Professional Services solutions.
